Даут-Пашиниот Амам Скопје е изграден во втората половина на 15 век (помеѓу 1489 и 1497). Како негов градител и ктитор се смета Даут Паша (? - 1498-99), кој бил Голем Везир на Румелија, службувал и во Скопје. За потребите на својот харем во Скопје гради Амам (турска бања). Во 19 век бил претворен во магацин за нафта а од 1948 година е пренаменет во Национална Галерија на Уметноста.
Почетната функција на овој амам била бања и простор за сауна со две подеднакви/идентични простории кои се употребувале како пресвлекувални, со средишен шадрван. Едниот дел бил наменет за мажи другиот за жени. Во двата дела имало простории за пресвлекување/гардероби, простори за аклиматизација пред и по бањањето, тоалети, берберница ... дури и простории за депилација. Осем простори за заедничко бањање постојат и простори за индивидуални бањи. Се смета дека амамот имал 99 чешми.

Bouth parts has indentical contens (wardrobe, acclimatization area, toilets, berbersop, depilation room) and the bathing areas. The two big domes in the front covered the two dressing rooms, which had water fountains in the middle. Each of the small domes covered a separate room for bathing. Acording to rumors the hammam had 99 faucets.
